The Portugal Startup Visa allows foreign investors from non-EU states to get a Portugal residence permit and live in Portugal for two years.

You can apply for a startup visa from your country of citizenship or your country of residence. The application process can be completed online through the IAPMEI portal. To increase your chances of success in getting Portugal startup visa, you must aim for a turnover or asset value of 325,000 euros and hire at least two local employees in next 5 years. To renew startup residence permit, one must be in the country for at least 6 consecutive months in a year, or 8 months in total validity of the resident card.
