These Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Service") govern the relationship between you ("The Client") and The Business Expansions (www.businessexpansions.com). By accessing and using our website(s) and its associated services, each user agrees to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

You can only use the services of our website if you do not violate the laws of your own jurisdiction(s). Therefore, by using our website, you accept the sole responsibility that you use or access our website(s) by not violating any applicable laws in your jurisdiction(s).

Article 1. Definitions

These terms and conditions cover your use and access to businessexpansions.com website and its associated services and content under the following terms being used in the next paragraphs, unless expressly stated otherwise:
a. The Business Expansions: The service provider with a registered office in The Hague, Netherlands.
b. The Client: Any party (individual or company) that receives our services or signs a service agreement.
c. Agreement/Contract: The service agreement or contract between the Client and Business Expansions, under the mutually agreed terms and conditions.

Article 2. Offers and Quotations

All proposed offers and requested quotations from The Business Expansions are non-obligatory requests, giving the requested information to The Client. The Business Expansions will be entitled to be paid for all services rendered on behalf of The Client if any of the following happens;
a). The Client fails to provide requested information or documents after a service contract is signed.
b). The Client provides any false, fake, or illegal information or documents to avail any consulting services from the Business Expansions.

Article 3. Validation of Service Agreement

Any proposed offers, requested quotations, and submitted service contracts/agreements from the Business Expansions remain valid for the time period mentioned in these offers, quotations, and agreements. However, The Client can request an extension subject to the final approval from The Business Expansions.

Article 4. Termination of Service Contract

The Business Expansions reserves the right to terminate a service agreement by providing written notice to the client under certain circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, the client's failure to adhere to the terms of the agreement, lack of cooperation, disregard for The Business Expansions' guidance, or the identification of other legitimate reasons warranting immediate cancellation of the service agreement or contract. Upon termination, The Business Expansions will be entitled to be paid for all services rendered on behalf of The Client to that date.

The Client shall have the right to terminate The Business Expansions' services by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. However, this termination does not exempt The Client from the responsibility of paying for all services completed on their behalf up to the termination date.

Article 5. Disclaimner

The Business Expansions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Consequently, any legal services offered by our referred or partnered service providers are not our responsibility. We are not liable for any legal, financial, or other disputes that may arise between clients and these service providers, including corporate lawyers, notaries, or law firms.

The Business Expansions is not a financial organization and does not offer any financial products or services, aside from providing general advice on financial matters and investment opportunities. Therefore, any financial services or products provided by our referred or partnered financial institutions fall outside our responsibility. We are not accountable for any legal, financial, or other disputes that may occur between clients and these service providers, including banks, investors, insurance companies, stock markets, and others.

Article 6. Financial Information

The Business Expansions will never ask The Client for any financial or sensitive information for its personal use, and therefore, The Business Expansions does not take any responsibility for such information being disclosed to or misused by any of our referred service provider, associated partners or third parties. The Client shall be solely and fully responsible towards third parties for debts, financial, or legal obligations.

The Business Expansions shall not bear or be liable to the client or third parties for any civil responsibility or financial obligations related to the business and activity of The Client inside and outside the Netherlands.

Article 7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation of the provisions of any service contract between The Business Expansions and The Client shall be amicably settled, failing which, local courts of the Netherlands shall be the competent authority to settle the same under relevant Dutch Laws.

Article 8. Conclusion and Amendments

All independent service providers, including but not limited to accountants, lawyers, bankers, tax advisors, business consultants, and other professionals, retain the authority to decline, suspend, or terminate any service request at their sole discretion, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to amend, restrict, alter, discontinue, or replace these Terms and Conditions as necessary. By accessing or continuing to use our website(s) following the implementation of these changes, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the updated Terms and Conditions.
