Estonia Startup Visa

The Estonian startup visa gives foreign entrepreneurs an opportunity to live and settle in Estonia to launch and establish their startup idea. Your startup idea must be approval by the Startup Committee stating that you meet the definition of a startup and can pursue with your startup visa application. A startup visa is normally issued for up to 12 months and can be extended for up to next 6 months.

International entrepreneurs who have established their startup in Estonia and wish to stay longer, can apply for a temporary residence permit before the expiry of their current resident permit. A temporary residence permit for entrepreneurship may be issued for up to five years depending on the company profile.
